Rules of Examination
 
1. Prospectus of the college contains information regarding the rules of attendance, admission, examination etc. It is expected from all the regular students of the college to go through them and abide by the rules.
2. Important Notice and other important information are displayed on the Notice Board.
3. Any girl seeking admission in the college can get the admission form along with the prospectus on paying Rs.150/- .The same can be posted if the interested candidate pays Rs.200/-(Rs.50/- for postal charges)
4. Forms will be accepted by the last date only which is fixed by the commissionerate, College Education, Rajasthan
5- A form will be considered incomplete if

1. It is filled incompletely
2. It is without the required certificate and Mark sheets.
3. Without the signature of the candidate
4. Without the photograph of the Candidate
5. Without the signature of the parents/ guardian.
6. Following document are to be enclosed with the admission form

(i).Attested photocopy of the last  examination .
(ii). Students seeking admission in PG Classes have to enclose the photocopies of the market sheets of all the three years of graduation.
(iii) T.C.
(iv) Character Certificate
(v) Medical Certificate (for physically disabled candidates)
(vi) Income Certificate
(vii)Migration certificate (for students coming from other Universities)
(viii) Games/ Rangering / NSS/NCC (for getting the benefit of the certificate original certificates are to be enclosed)
(ix) Undertaking (for students getting admission after gap or break)
(x) Bona fide certificate (for students coming from outer state)

7- After the display of merit list the students having secured place in list should deposit their admission fees by the fixed date or their admission will be considered cancelled.
8- Cancellation of Admission Admission may be cancelled if –

(i) Some undeserving candidate is given admission due to some negligience or mistake of the admission-committee.
(ii) Any student gets punishment due to her indiscipline.
(iii) A student uses unfair means in the examination.
(iv) There is any other reason which will be notified to the concerning student.

Merit will decided

    1 New admission will be given on the basis of merit
    2 Criterion for merit will be fixed according to the rules laid down by the Govt. Rajasthan.
    3 Separate merit list will be prepared for SC, ST, OBC, Disable and general categories

Attendance-
According to rules laid  down by the Bikaner University and commisonerate college Education, Govt. of Rajasthan Jaipur, 75% attendance is compulsory . Following rules are set in this regard.

1- Class attendance is compulsory
2- Separate attendance will be counted for practical and theory classes
3- Each student’s attendance will be recorded in attendance register of each subject by the concerning Lecturer .
4- On the last day of the month the attendance will be announced in the classes and before Deepawali & winter break Total attendance will be displayed on the notice board.
5- If a student remains absent in any class for fifteen days continuously, she will have to pay fine for Re 1/- per day. If a student is absent for a month or more than that the college admission will have the right to cancel her admission .
6- If at the end of the session a students’ total attendance is not recorded as 75% she won’t be allowed to appear in the exam as a regular student of the college.
