Admission

 
1. Any female candidate, willing to get admission in the college can obtain Admission form and prospectus on the payment for Rs. 200/-. It can be sent By post also with the extra postal charges for Rs. 25/-.

2. Forms are accepted only by the scheduled last date.

3. Last dates are decided only by the commissioner college education, Rajasthan which are displayed on the notice board. No girl can get admission after the expiry of the last date.

4. Following kinds of forms will be considered as in complete & hence will be rejected -
(i) Forms without the required certificate and mark sheet.
(ii) Forms without the signature of the candidate.
(iii) Forms without passport size photograph.
(iv) Forms without the signature of parents or guardians.

5. Following documents are to be enclosed with the admission forms -
(i) Attested photocopy of Mark-Sheet of last qualifying examination.
(ii) Attested photocopy of the mark-sheet of 3years are to be enclosed with the forms of PG M.A./M.Sc./Computer Sc.
(iii) Transfer certificate issued by the school/college, last attended.
(iv) Character Certificate
(v) Medical Certificate (For physically disabled candidates)
(vi) Income Certificate
(vii) Migration Certificate (For student coming from other universities)
(viii) Games/Rangering/N.S.S./N.C.C. (For getting the benefit of the Certificate, original certificates are to be enclosed)
(ix) Undertaking (for students getting admission after a gap or break of one or more years)
(x)  Bonafied certificate (for students coming from outer states)

6. After the display of cut-off list the students having secured place in the list should deposit their admission fees by the fixed date or their admission will be considered as cancelled.

7. Cancellation of admission
Admission may be cancelled if -
(i) Some undeserving candidate is given admission due to some negligence or mistake of the admission committee.
(ii) Any student gets punishment due to her indiscipline
(iii) A student uses unfair means in the examination
(iv) Any other reason which will be notified to the concerning student
      
Criterion Merit
1. New admission will be given on the basis of merit.
2. Criterion for merit will be fixed according to the rules laid down by the Govt. of Rajathan
3. Separate merit lists will be prepared for SC, ST, OBC, Disabled and General Categories according to rules of the Govt.
      
Attendance
According to rules laid down by the Maharaja Ganga Singh University Bikaner, Commissioner, College Education, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur, 75% attendance is compulsory Following rules are set in this regard -
1. Class attendance is compulsory
2. Separate attendance will be counted for Practical and Theory classes.
3. Each student's attendance will be recorded in attendance Register of each subject by the concerning lecturer
4. On the last day of the month the attendance will be announced in the class, and before Deepawali & Winter breaks total attendance will be displayed on the notice board.
5. If a student remains absent in any class for fifteen days continuously, she will have to pay fine for Rs. 10/- per day. If a students is absent for a month or more, then the college administration will have the right to cancel her admission.
6. If at the end of the session a student's total attendance is not recorded as 75%, she won't be allowed to appear in the exam as a regular student of the college but she will be given change to appear as a private candidate. If the total attendance of the student is less than 75% & they want to seek some other information in this matter, they can contact the attendance committee.

There is an attendance committee in the college comprising of -

Procedure for old students
1. It is essential for all the old students to fill the forms for the renewal of admission.
2. Forms must be submitted before the last date.
