Rules of Examination
1. Updates will be displayed on the college Notice Board.
2.A form will be considered incomplete, if found:-
(i) Without the required certificates and Mark sheets.
(ii) Without the signature of the candidate
(iii) Without the photograph of the Candidate
(iv) Without the signature of the parents/ guardian.
Exam Format
Under NEP-2020, the examinations will be conducted based on semester system , details are as follows:-
1.All the exams of UG i.e. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.,B.C.A. will be conducted twice a year. UG degree will be completed in total 6 semesters.

2.All the exams of PG will be conducted twice a year. PG degree will be completed in total 4 semesters.

3. Practical Examinations:-
(i)Exams will be conducted as per the University norms.
(ii) Attendance in practicals is compulsory.
(iii) Students will have to carry all the files and projects along with them.
(iv) Practicals will be conducted both in written and viva mode.
4. Internal Assessment:-
(i)During the semester, internal assessment will be conducted after the completion of each unit in all the six semester. If any student remains absent, fine of Rs.50/- per subject will be charged. If the students remains absent continuously then parents will be informed.
(ii) Every student has to submit a copy of the project to the respective teacher.
(iii) Subject presentation is also mandatory
The marks of the internal assessment will be submitted to the university, if above mentioned rules are followed
Other Necessary Rules-
According to rules laid down by the MGS University and Department of college Education and Govt. of Rajasthan, jaipur,75% attendance is compulsory . Following rules are set in this regard.
1. Separate attendance will be counted for practical and theory classes.
2. Attendance will be recorded in attendance register for each subject by the concerning Lecturer .
3. At the end of the every month total attendance will be announced and displayed on the notice board.
4. If a student remains absent in any class for fifteen days continuously, fine of Re 1/- per day will be charged. If a student is absent for a month or more than that the college administration will have the right to cancel the admission .
5. At the end of the session, if total attendance is not recorded as 75% then the student will not be allowed to appear in the exam as a regular student of the college.
6. After filling the exam application form issued by the university, it's hard copy has to be submitted in college within 5 days
7. It is mandatory to show the receipt of college annual fee along with the hard copy of the application, otherwise the form will not be taken.
8.The admit card for the exam will be issued after submitting no dues
9. If any student is found involved in using unfair means will be immediately debarred from rest of the examinations
